Since creating the business structure in Queensland we have established ongoing working relationships with most major signage / media companies throughout Australia and have successfully carried out numerous jobs, varying from small service work through to large corporate roll outs. We pride ourselves on not just carrying out this work for these clients, but also becoming a reliable extension for their business activities in our state.

Policies

Occupational Health & Safety

Image Select are committed to the prevention of all occupational injuries, illnesses and incidents. We view safe work practices and performance as a key organisational goal. Excellence in safety and occupational health performance are not only a management responsibility, but also the responsibility of every employee. We implement this with thorough education and ongoing training of all personnel involved with Image Select.

Prior to commencement of any standard job or work related activity carried out by our staff a generic WMS is created, read, acknowledged and signed. This covers all aspects of our usual daily activities and highlights all areas that need to be addressed prior to and during the task. This is backed up by a JSA on all non standard jobs or where our client requests.

Policy Review & Legislative Changes

All policies and procedures are strictly monitored by Management on a daily basis and regular audits are carried out. We have also employed an external Workplace health and safety management company to update our existing procedures when necessary, carry out staff training and complete company audits and updates on a regular basis.

A copy of Image Select Work place Health and Safety Manual Procedure and Policies can be supplied upon request.

Electrical Safety Policy

An electrical safety policy has been implemented and will be upheld for the safety of all that use electrical equipment including tools, equipment, appliances, machinery or lighting. This policy is intended to reduce potential hazards through the inappropriate use of electricity.

Environmental Policy

Image Select endeavour at all times to manage our activities in accordance with all regulatory requirements and abide by local bylaws and Department of Environment Waste Management Strategies.

It is our policy to be an environmentally responsible business. In an endeavour to achieve this, we will seek staff assistance in minimising waste and using innovative means available to reduce waste, reuse packaging and recycling when and where possible.
